What’s your processing time?
Orders are processed within 24–72 hours. Each candle is hand-poured and carefully packaged, so processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.
To protect your order during warmer weather, shipping schedules adjust during the summer months. From June through September, orders ship Monday–Thursday only to help prevent heat-related issues in transit.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
I just placed an order, when will I receive it? The excitement is real!
I always do my best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee it. Actual delivery will depend on the postal service, UPS, or FedEx. Once the package is handed over and scanned by the shipping establishment, I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not responsible and or liable for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. However, I always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact me via chat on the bottom left side of your screen if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.
What if I typed in the wrong shipping address? Then what?
Please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page or the chat box located at the bottom left of your screen so we can help make it right. Things happen — no biggie!
What if the order placed is a gift for someone?
Yes — gift orders are always welcome. At checkout, you’ll have the option to mark your order as a gift and include a complimentary gift message. Simply enter your message in the designated field before completing your purchase.
Please be sure to double-check the shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change or add a special note after placing your order, feel free to reach out through the contact form as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. I do look forward to shipping internationally in the near future.
Returs & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience an issue or believe there may be a defect with your candle, please reach out through the contact form. We’re happy to provide troubleshooting guidance and, when appropriate, offer an exchange.
